    My french is not great lived in Ireland since 1989.Im from the region of condrieu.Went at school at St bonnet de Galaure.Was a chef apprentice on a cruiser on the Rhone.Qualifed as a Chef in Dardilly lyon.Move to Dublin in 1989 worked for 10 yeas in Patrick Guilbaud restarant.Open a restaurant in Galway west Ireland early 1998.Since I stop cheffing since 5 years ,I m a sales rep for a food company.We loved to hear from any who knows me.Talk soon
